Is it possible to reserve tickets?

No, but daily from 9.00 tickets may be obtained from the ticket office for any tour on that same day.

What happens if a tour is full?

Tickets may sell out for some tours but normally it is possible to obtain tickets for other hours. Normally the first and last tours of the day are least busy.

If you buy a ticket for a specific tour are you guaranteed a place on that tour?

Tickets have the time of the tour marked on them. You need only present the ticket at the cave entrance a few minutes before the time shown. Entrance is allowed only for the tour corresponding with the time on the ticket.

¿Is it possible to have a private tour of the caves?

It is only possible to visit in groups and at the published times.

Are the tours guided?

A guide accompanies each group setting the pace of the tour and giving some information on arrival at Lake Martel.

Is it possible to take a tour with a pushchair?

It isn't advisable. There are a lot of steps and babies are better carried

What footwear is advisable for a tour of the caves?

Shoes without heels and with no slip soles are recommended because in certain areas the cave floor can be wet.

Is it possible to take photographs inside the caves?

Filming and photography are prohibited inside the caves so as not to inconvenience other visitors.

From Manacor, on the MA-4020?, do you have to go through Porto Cristo to get to the caves of Drach?

Yes. On entering Porto Cristo follow signs to the port. The caves are located on the way out of Porto Cristo on the road to Porto Colom to the side of the roundabout.
